Catch Green Lights is a lead-generation, marketing and technology platform. We provide infrastructure and tools — lead-capture pages, lead management, marketing assets, automation, and related digital services — that members and visitors may use.

Catch Green Lights is not itself a business opportunity, an investment, a security, a franchise, or an employer, and nothing on this site is an offer of employment or an offer to sell a security.

This distinction is fundamental and applies throughout the platform:

• Catch Green Lights supplies marketing and technology infrastructure.
• Products, services, opportunities and affiliate programs operated by third parties are separate offerings that we do not own or control.
• Access to or membership in Catch Green Lights does not automatically enrol you in, authorise you for, or entitle you to promote any third-party program.
• Some third-party programs require separate registration, approval, eligibility criteria, affiliate enrolment or payment.
• Third parties set their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, refund policies, eligibility rules and compensation arrangements. We are not responsible for them.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the platform.

Some areas of the platform require an account, credentials or an invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

When using the platform or any marketing materials obtained through it, you must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or use purchased, scraped or harvested contact lists
• Make income, earnings, results or guarantee claims that we have not authorised in writing
• Misrepresent Catch Green Lights, its members, or any third-party program
• Promote an offer you are not independently authorised to promote
• Violate any advertising, telemarketing, email, SMS or consumer-protection law, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA and applicable state law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other members' data, or our systems
• Upload malware, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation

You are solely responsible for the legality of the marketing you conduct and for obtaining proper consent from anyone you contact.

Members are independent. A member is not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Catch Green Lights, and has no authority to make representations, promises, guarantees or agreements on our behalf.

Some features are or may become paid. Where a recurring platform fee applies, the price, billing interval and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you are charged. No pricing is being advertised or offered on this page today.

The platform, its software, page templates, designs, copy, images and branding are owned by Catch Green Lights or licensed to it. Marketing assets we make available to members may be used for permitted promotional purposes while access is active; they may not be resold, sublicensed or rebranded except where a written licence expressly allows it.

Where the platform offers AI-assisted creation or automation, output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any AI-assisted output before publishing or relying on it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and any third party's rules.

Catch Green Lights does not guarantee leads, traffic, prospects, appointments, customers, sales, commissions, income, profits or business success. See our Earnings / Income Disclaimer.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch Green Lights is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Catch Green Lights in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catch Green Lights and its officers, contractors and affiliates from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your marketing activities, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with third parties.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
